Essential Job Functions
Ability to work with the Principal to build a strong unified team of faculty who will meet the educational mission of the College in delivering the Vocational Training Programs in a positive energetic and dynamic manner.
Ability to communicate well and to apply leadership skills within a shared decisionmaking model.
Ability to evaluate the instructional process and programs offered.
Plan courses of study with curriculum specialists local business representatives principals to develop improve and implement new courses of study.
Evaluation of employee performance.
Experience with a schoolwide discipline program.
Knowledge and prior application or experience in improving achievement.
Required Skills
Minimum of a Masteracirc128153s Degree required.
Leadership qualities and excellent interpersonal skills.
Sound educational philosophy and instructional competence.
Knowledge of and prior successful experience working in a diverse setting.
A background in appropriate level of the organization.
Proven ability to work within a startup business situation where business and operational challenges will be present on a daily basis.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with trainees employees and the community.
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both in written and oral form in English and Arabic or the ability to work closely with a translator for public events where concise presentation is essential.
Work experience in a tertiary educational institution especially in the education and training in vocational and technical studies
