PE Global are urgently seeking experienced Refinery Construction ManagersSite Managers for our International Client. Various project locations in the Middle East and some time in Seoul at project offices. Please send your CV for the attention of Stephen O' Connell.
PositionTitle Construction ManagerSite manager
1 Prepare the master plan for construction including
HSE quality control budget and schedule in coordination with each disciplinersquos manager.
2 Perform constructability studies to determine the optimal execution plan under given conditions at the site.
3 Prepare subcontracting and direct operation labor equipment plan if required.
4 Prepare the organization for the site operations and arrange the mobilization of staff.
5 Prepare budgeting provision for the construction costs including field expenses.
6 Review construction drawings specifications constructionplanning documents with SIs thoroughly
prior to the site opening identify any potential issues and plan for preventive measure or set up a contingency plan.
7 Provide support to the Site Manager to establish Quality and HSE control guidelines by all construction staff
8 Direct all construction activities and evaluate the results of field test.
9 Maintain and control the coordination of construction execution at site.
10 Assess individual performance of field supervisors and evaluate the subcontractor's performance.
11 Ensure timely and successful turnover to the commissioning team after Mechanical completion.
12 Prepare Final Job Report
13 Review the contract terms and conditions to ensure the quality in compliance to the project specification
budget and schedule.
14 Oversee and control all project activities during planning and execution stages to ensure
the required HSE standards
