My client an established and reputable bank in KSA is looking to recruit for the position of ATM Operations Manager.
Job Description Summary
ATM Ops Manager is responsible for the administration of Bank's ATM's services and related operations by Working closely with management vendors and regulatory authorities SAMA regarding ATM operations related issues . This person is also responsible incident resolutions and overall ATM availability and quality of the provided service.
Soft Skills
Proficient in leadership and negotiation skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and communications skills oral and written in English language and preferred Arabic as well.
Ability to manage a complex team with unique processes and adapt to change rapidly
Excellent conceptual organizational analytical and problem solving skills.
Good project management skills.
Ability to collect operational data establish facts and draw valid conclusions as well as formulate ideas and recommendations.
Technical Skills
Proficiency with ATM operations and switch network operations.
Good knowledge in software and systems related to ATM operational management.
Indepth knowledge of ATM operations including hardware software communication and security.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in delivery of ATM product knowledge related technologies including the operation of Diebold NCR type ATMs.
Education Requirements
Bachelor degree in business communications computer science IT or equivalent work or educational experience.
Three to five years' experience in ATM operations .
Five to seven years' leadership experience in production environment.
