Duties and Responsibilities Conduct feasibility studies on major expansionupgrades for utility systems and longterm business strategies related to these systems including development of master plans Prepare scoping papers to define capital projects covering utilities operations of hydrocarbon plants Interface with operating engineering and project management organizations to business cases of Capital Projects Perform technical and economic analysis of existing and proposed utility systems Support other operating organizations to evaluate existing utility systems and develop business cases and scope for capital projects. Minimum Requirements You will have a B.S. degree in Chemical or Environmental Engineering or other related qualification from an accredited university. You will also have significant experience in hydrocarbon plant utility engineering and design with chemical engineering background particular utility and environment.
