They currently require a Senior Contracts Administrator on a rotational basis of 112 for a major power project based in Riyadh Saudi Arabia.ResponsibilitiesAdvising on all contractual issuesMeasuring valuing variationsAgreement of final accountsThe Contracts Administrator will provide advice information and support to Project Manager TeamResponsible for the sourcing and procurement of ContractorsDevelop the Contract Management Function with capabilities to negotiate and manage large scale contracts striving for continuous improvement. Manage the formal governance of the client contracts ensuring the clients interests are represented in all contracts negotiations and subsequent efficient management. Manage vendor prequalification and maintain approved vendor database. Preparing bid contract documents and tender evaluations. Finalizing change orders and methods of reimbursement. Participates in Division Company and Corporate strategic planning activities for specific projects e.g. risk assessment bidno bid analysis participation in business plan development etc.. Provides technical guidance to assigned personnel and ensures proficiency and timeliness of contract administration. Collaborates with Division and project management to ensure proper support in proposal preparation as well as contract negotiations and administration. Reviews requests for proposals to identify risks and contractual terms not conforming to Company policy. Maintain an active participation in related professional societies to keep abreast of relevant contractual issues. The Contracts Administrator wil perform other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
