We are currently recruiting for a Proposals Development Manager on a permanent basis located at our office in Abu Dhabi UAE. The successful candidate will provide a unique opportunity for an individual within the emerging talent programme to develop their understanding of how we win work and grow our business whilst gaining a better understanding of the capability of the organisation and how we commercialise our various business activities.
Detailed Description
The candidate will be required to work in partnership with the Pursuit Manager and liaise with the technical disciplines and support functions to provide governance in the delivery of the regional tenders. There will be an opportunity for the candidate to be innovative in approach to ensure that we deliver high quality proposals to our customers.
Occasional travel to business hubs across the MERERC region may be required to support tenders.

Competencies
Good general understanding of the WG business and capability.
Business amp Industry Experience
Individual who has completed the WGPSN graduate scheme in either Engineering or Project Controls or similar and with 24years experience. Previous experience in BA commercialtechnical team is advantageous
