Summary
Fully responsible for all the company's transactions with the banks, to negotiate with banks on rescheduling of loans, renew the contracts of banking facilities, access to new loans, open new bank accounts, cash management.
Responsibilities
Deal structuring, negotiation and execution.
Lead teams involved in transactions and ensure full statutory and regulatory compliance
Preparation of legal documents and prospectuses
Assess and predict financial risks and returns
Lead financial due diligence team
Liaise with accountants, lawyers, financial experts and regulatory bodies
Negotiate and structure financial details
Provide investment advice, tactics and recommendations
Support in targeting and winning business
Contribute to competitive bid proposals and formal presentations
