Reporting to the General Manager Saudi Arabia and the Regional CFO you will be a member of the Saudi senior management team whose mandate is to grow a strong and sustainable business in the Kingdom. Your primary responsibility is to oversee all of the financial activities of the business ensure accurate and timely reporting and provide commercial analysis for a platform for growth. Your role will also require you to perform the following
Stewardship of the financial resources of the company and preparing for future growth.
Oversee reporting analysis and strategic planning of the business specifically related to the KSA market.
Take responsibility for business performance through the analysis of the past fiscal year and introduction of improvements for the future.
Preparation and supervision of the budgeting forecasting and financial reporting in liaison with the regional finance team in the UAE.
Continual improvement of the company39s finance policies and procedures and enhancement of the accountability of each department.
Motivation management and continual improvement of the Finance department with a view to building an entrepreneurial and commercial culture in the team.
Who we39re looking for
Our client is looking for an experienced candidate that meets the following requirements
Saudi Arabian nationality nonnegotiable.
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration Accounting or a related business degree preferably having studied overseas.
Membership in a recognized professional accounting body CPA CMA ACCA.
Experience working at a Finance Director level for a medium sized enterprise and ideally a multinational organisation.
Possesses strong commercial and entrepreneurial acumen and a history of developing new and innovative strategies to help grow your business.
Significant staff management experience.
Strong communication skills and the ability to perform strategic finance presentations to the senior management team.
Have an entrepreneurial and commercial mindset derived form experience in a modern and growing enterprise.
