Tasks will include but not limited to

• Month end close and related procedures including but not limited
  


• 1. Balance sheet reconciliation
  


• 2. Monthly journal vouchers
  


• 3. PampL review
  


• 4. All Shoden group entities
  


• Daily operational tasks ARAP queries
  


• Deal with SSC with issues that come up
  


• Invoicing of customers where manual invoice required
  


• Statutory and legal compliance for both Africa and South Africa
  


• Assisting with tax compliance
  


• Internal procedure adherence and implementation
  


• PampL analysis of entities vs Forecast
  


• Audit assistance both internal and external
  
  
  Experience
  
  

  
  
  • Role would suit a qualified accountant ACCACIMA with three years Post Qual experience within an IT business
  
  
  • Experience of financial planning and analysis
  
  
  • Good communication skills
  
  
  • Good personal IT skills e.g. Excel PowerPoint etc
