Reporting to the Divisional Training Manager, the Training Officer will ensure that progressive training standards are maintained across all Poultry Processing Plant operations. You will be responsible for identifying training needs and successfully designing & implementing training initiatives. Together with operational staff you will maintain an accurate skills inventory, recording all training schedules within company guidelines. Ideally you will work in a similar poultry or food process environment to our own, with staff complement of at least 1500 employees
