Senior Performance Analyst

Business Responsibilities:

•Support Strategy and Change Management department (SCMO) director to :

-Coordinate organization-wide efforts to ensure that eHealth performance management is developed and managed using a strategy-driven focus that sets priorities for improvements aligned to ongoing health imperatives.

-Develops an enterprise view of eHealth Performance Management to ensure consistent implementation across various organization tiers,

-Work closely with the broader SCMO team to design and integrate the enterprise process’s required to support the Performance operational tasks,



•Provide the manager of Strategy with the guidance and support to :



-Define and maintain the business processes in alignment with the overall enterprise business strategy,

-Develop, implement, and maintain the end-to-end eHealth performance management process, procedures and its associated tools.

-Represent the strategy team on appropriate committees, working groups, or other management organizations to discuss eHealth performance topics.



•Foster and support cross functional collaboration across the eHealth organization:



-Ensures performance data and reports are collected and communicated to the relevant stakeholder.

-To develop and coordinate departmental consultation activity regarding performance management, and coordinate regional performance indicator information,

-To provide training and guidance to ICT staff on performance matters,

-Maintains a liaison with regional eHealth entities and performance leads in other eHealth departments.

-Assists and trains various leads from other departments or regional managers on how to collect and report measurements using performance management processes and tools.



Role and Responsibilities:



•Understands performance requirements, collects relevant data, publishes results, and supports in the performance analysis.

•Extracts, measures, compares, groups performance data and results.

•Manages and maintains the library of eHealth KPIs.

•Ensures quality and currency of the Performance Measures.

•Manages and maintains the end to end performance management processes, framework, develop related procedures and policies.

•Ensures the output results as scorecards and dashboards are generated correctly and in timely manner.

•Coordinates performance management training and certification.

•Works closely with the other departments to define performance metrics and key performance indicators.

•Supervises the planning and deployment of performance tools and ensures their correct use.

•Manage configuration and customization of performance management solutions, and ensures integration with the existing systems.

•User training on performance management solutions and tools.
