Business Responsibilities:
•The Benefits Evaluation Business Analyst works under the supervision of the Benefits Manager and will support him to ensure that benefits are identified, qualified and quantified, data is available and reports are regularly issued and studied, and that remedial actions are taken when benefits are not being realized or below target.
•Support eHealth projects and programs in the definition of the Benefit Profiles and Creation of benefits Map to show how benefits relate to each other and to the project outputs and ultimately lead to the achievement of strategic objectives.
•Support eHealth business owners, projects and programs for producing a Benefit Realization Plan to schedule the benefits measurement activities and Benefit Reviews to enable tracking of the realization of benefits.
•Introduce timelines and reporting arrangements for benefits evaluation as part of the contract management cycle and the agreements with service providers to ensure timely capture of progress towards benefits realization
•Provide feedback and results to the portfolio function to support in the improvement of value delivery and optimization of the portfolio
•Work with the Change Management team to manage the benefits realization and value optimization cycle.
•Involve key stakeholders to generate the recommendations which arise from the findings of the benefits evaluation.
•Coordinate with benefits owners and the change management function to identify the change required to realize the benefits, and compare achieved benefits to the planned ones
•Work closely with the eHealth governance team to introduce related checkpoints in the eHealth gating process to make sure benefits are properly identified and modeled, and report benefits evaluation across the organization and relevant committees.
•Support the strategy office to Capture international benchmarks regarding eHealth benefits and direct communications to the rest or the organization.
