Business Responsibilities:
•Provide the Strategy and Change Management Office (SCMO) Director with the guidance and support to define and maintain the business processes in alignment with the overall enterprise business strategy,
•Foster and support cross functional collaboration across the organization,
•Ensure the enterprise goals and objectives are clearly represented in all deliverables in addition to providing piers the support required to grow within the organization,
•Build, develop, and maintain client relationships in target customer groups internally and externally.
Role and Responsibilities:
•Provide the Director of SCMO with the guidance and support to define and maintain the eHealth strategy in alignment with the overall organization business strategy
•Develop and maintain the eHealth strategy for the organization.
•Maintain the eHealth strategy roadmap
•Manage the strategic assessment process
•Manage the development of all other documentation from the strategy management function
•Work with the Communications specialist to develop all relevant communication material
•Manage the operational aspects of the strategy management function within the SCMO
•Participate as required in the eHealth governance
•Foster the understanding of the eHealth Strategy across the organization
•Represent the SCMO Strategy team on appropriate committees, working groups, and other management organizations
•Provide the management team with up to date situational awareness of all core issues and operating data pertinent to sound decision making.
