Location: Qatar
Salary range: QR 5,000-10,000 (DOE) base package + commission structure and bonus
Who we are looking for
As a corporate sakes agent you will report to the General Manager. You will be responsible for actively marketing the company’s corporate business services line to multinational companies in Qatar who have a high influx of Western expatiate staff entering the country. You will also be responsible to act as a Customer Service and Corporate Relations manager to manage the accounts that you close and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the contract term.
This is primarily a sales based position with a heavy incentive commission structure. Only serious sales people need apply. Sales targets must be met as a condition of continued retention of the position. Commission incentives for contracts closed could exceed QR 250,000 annually if sales targets are met.
Summary of job functions
• Manage the company’s existing contact database of corporate leads; follow up with leads to set sales meetings, attend sales meetings and close deals
• Generate new leads through business development and attending networking events; source and develop client referrals
• Advise the General Manager on the appropriate Sales Strategy to help close contracts
• Put together marketing presentations and sales pitches to be utilized in sales meetings with corporate clients
• Maintain good records and reports utilizing the company CRM database software
• Respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically or in person
• Ensure customer satisfaction and good client relationships
