Sales Executive for REC IFP Riyadh

Job Summary

The Sales Executive is responsible for selling the allocated space of an event prior to its occurrence. Heshe puts all hisher potential to provide quality service to acquire new exhibitors penetrate existing exhibitors with new offerings and retain existing exhibitors.



Job Duties and Responsibilities

Prior to the event sells the “content” and benefits of the event by following a detailed sales agenda.

Searches for local new exhibitors aiming to develop the clients’ panel.

Oversees similar exhibitions aiming to benchmark the Group’s offerings to keep track of attending exhibitors and for some to obtain new prospects.

Strives to build fruitful solid and long term relations with exhibitors and to increase the visibility of REC Riyadh.

Provides the database department with the collected exhibitors’ data and manages its continuous updating the “cleanliness” of this data being critical for the exhibitions renewal.

Coordinates with the PM to ensure production of sponsorship and exhibition brochures.

Provides logistic support for exhibitors during the event and responds to their needs in a reactive way.


Skills


Sales Management or Marketing degree.

Well organized outgoing charismatic selfconfident and influencing personality.

Proven Sales and PR career record with ability to deal with a diversified environment.

Previous sales and event management experience ideally within the hospitality industry is a strong advantage.

Innate sense of sales and very good knowledge of the KSA market.

Advanced level of English proficiency both oral and written and Arabic.
