IMG • Function as a Lead Engineer for projects in the engineering of entire design of piping work
• Ensure quality and timelines for deliverables
• Thoroughly conversant with for development control and implementation of drawing office work scopes checking Fapication Isometrics Pipe Support drawings and General Arrangements
• Responsible for the safe cost effective and timely execution of piping engineering design activities
• Familiar with API Standards for respective machinery and also familiar with material standards
• Vendor proposal reviewstechnical clarifications
• Preparation of Technical Specifications
• Interdisciplinary Deliverable Checking
• Undertake factory inspection and testing of Static Equipment
• Commissioning of Static Equipment systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve site problems.
Minimum 1215 years experience
• Should have functioned as Lead Design Engineer Piping for hydrocarbon EPC projects.
• Experience in preparation of mechanical data sheets and specifications for Static Equipment such as control and implementation of drawing office work scopes checking Fapication Isometrics.
• Experienced in vendor offer evaluation understanding of vendor PID's and review vendor drawings calculations etc.
• Experience in engineering of Petrochemical Oil Gas projects
• Detailing of Lube oil and mechanical seal systems
• Awareness in design of hydrodynamic bearings and flexible couplings
