Job ScopeFunction
Coordinate organize plan and communicate all Country journey management with internal and external related departments to assure that safe transport of assets and Employees is provided as per TESCO QHSES requirements and meeting the operations need.
Main Responsibilities
• Plan coordinate issue and monitor journey management plans of Country Operation Employees and assets as per TESCO guidelines.
• Coordinate the assignment of the allocated vehicles and maintain the journey management log.
• Implement and coordinate TESCO Drivers working schedule coordinate their leave plans and maintain the overtime register.
• Maintain all records standard and licensing for drivers.
• Maintain vehicles registration and maintenance schedules.
• Perform Company 3rd Party Contractor vehicles inspections prior to journey to assure they are meeting the Company and customer vehicle safety and roadworthiness requirements.
• Attend and handle all related complaints as per Company practice.
• Execute IVMS Monitoring report all events and any tampering activities.
• Initiate a search in case of vehicle accident man lost or other emergency situations.
• Support QHSES representative in vehicle accident investigations.
• Develop an updates road survey and assure continuous inspection.
• Communicate and coordinate with other departments to assure operation needs are met.
• Assure the application of the NCR procedures when needed and as per the process flow requirements.
• Comply with all TESCO legal HR Quality HSE and all other policies procedures and departmental Work instructions.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.
Education Work Experience
• Technical Diploma or High Secondary School
• Significant relevant experience as a Transport Coordinator.
• Mechanical back ground preferred
Other Qualifications
• Professional driver with Country Driving license is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Arabic ReadingWriting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Good communication skills.
• Good relationship with people and having signs of leadership.
• Hard working and committed.
• Organized.
• Able to work under stress and make correct judgments.
Physical Conditions
Spending 60 of the job time sitting and talkingusing the phone.
