a)Review and with guidance from the RSM prioritize incoming enquiries and ensure that all enquiries are logged / actioned in a timely manner
b)Handling of all inside Sales activities relating to Eaton's g UK and USA as well as post order management
c)Generate quotations to customers maintaining close communication with outside customers to assure high opportunity and order win ratio
d)Support Design engineers in addressing technical problems
e)Identify Consultants / Distributor training requirements and coordinate with RSM
f)Maintain overview of completed project tenders to ensure that they fulfill the client’s technical requirements and to build data base for projects under design in order to write specification locally under supervision from RSM
g)To keep Consultants and Lighting Designers updated with new product information
