Job Purpose
To promote and sell BUPA retail & SME products to families or small & medium enterprises where the size of coverage is between 1-100 lives within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Selling of Bupa Arabia products
• Finding out prospective customers through various leads and ensuring that they sell Bupa Arabia products to families & SME’s where the coverage ranges from 1 - 100 lives through outbound / inbound calls.
• To apply the complete sales process laid down while interacting with a prospective customer so as to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Negotiate pricing with risk management team.
• Reporting on a daily basis on the calls done, & the target achieved.
• Establish and Maintain strong relationship with our customers by applying the telesales loyalty program.
Cash Management and Compliance
• Ensure that all the premiums are collected as per the agreed. timelines
• Ensure that the terms of agreement is as per the requirements of the regulator like CCHI/SAMA.
