Sales and Marketing Manager – Facilities Management – Eastern Province KSA
We are an ambitious and expanding facilities management contract based in the UAE with offices throughout the Gulf in Saudi Qatar Kuwait Bahrain and Jordan. We provide a bespoke facilities management service utilising our excellent staff base and our combined knowledge and understanding of soft services to create a clean welcoming and inviting atmosphere within the facilities of all of our clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES REQUIREMENTS
Provide sales techniques and skills the department to grow existing employees and to impress upon new clients the high quality of service that the company can provide.
Create business plans for ongoing business development adhering to performance based KPIs.
Provide marketing materials and expertise for the use of the department in dealing with existing and new clients.
Feasibility studies for current owned developments and potential revenue generation and client base the initial owned development is a labour village and the ideal candidate needs to be able to take this to identify new client opportunities.
Develop financial comparative reports for food housing and labour costs
Develop formal sales plans with all related advertising as well as being responsible for online content website information pertaining to new client acquisition as well as paper and other advertising where appropriate
Uphold the values on the company presenting an excellent level of service in all dealings
Networking to maximise opportunities for growth
Travel across the region to reach out to the maximum number of clients
Experience and education
5 years of experience in a managerial capacity in a facilities management company
Provide and demonstrable record of high volume sales
Bachelors degree in MarketingBusiness Administration or related discipline
Working knowledge of Arabic is ideal
Experience of business development in the Saudi market ideally with current networks and connections in the region.
Valid KSA driver’s licence
