Role Project Site Manager
required
for the design review and construction of a major thermal Power plant in
Saudi Arabia part of the Owner’s Engineer team based on project with a
site team including engineers of various technical disciplines. Y
our responsibilities will include management and supervision of design review construction erection and commissioning works for the project HSE advice quality control and management of the local and international owners engineer team to ensure delivery of the project within programme and to budget.
You will o
rganise and lead regular project coordination meetings ensure the implementation of the contractor’s activities at site are in accordance with contract monitor and verify various contractors work progress review and monitor contractors compliance with overall site and project regulations inspect and enforce preventive safety health and environmental measures to be taken by the contractors prepare the regular progress reports and maintain project documentation and records in case of contractual claims and variations.
Employers Requirements
M
ust have previous site management experience of complete large new build power projects in the role of Owner’s Engineer or EPC Contractor managing the construction and commissioning phases. You must be fluent in English with a relevant western engineering qualification.
Only Western European North American AustralianNZ or South African degree qualified applicants aged 60 or under with
previous experience of managing large new build ccgt or oil fired power projects will be considered by the employer and Saudi end client. You must have site managed several complete projects
