Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the HR department in all recruitment functions to meet the manpower needs of the company
- Prepare and post vacancies of the website
- Perform searches for qualified candidates according to the relevant criteria, using the existing database, networking as well as employee referrals
- Support the recruitment function by screening, interviewing and selecting candidates, while simultaneously ensuring proper documentation
- Coordinate interviews with the relevant managers and conduct regular follow up with them
- Advise job seekers about the success of failure of their application
- Carry out other HR related responsibilities as requested by the management
