Purpose
To provide functional consultation to business units, and implement and support Development Track’s systems’ operations throughout design, enhancement and upgrades, extensions, integration and support in order to enhance business processes, and increase the systems’ utilization within AGC’s operational plans, and adopted policies and procedures.
Key Accountability Areas :
1- Consulting and Implementation:
Key Activities :
•Analyze, review and validate user requirements with functional track consultants in order to set required actions and delivery milestones
•Assist in the creation of IT project plans through preparing and presenting recommended actions
•Guide third party suppliers during legacy systems’ decommissioning to ensure the identification of required data formats and extracts
•Develop interface design, coding, and test cycles to ensure implementing required functionality as per set and agreed requirements
•Conduct technical testing for patches and system updates to ensure system stability, and identify and resolve underlying technical issues
•Prepare technical documentation for integration and extensions to enable development tracking and set future reference documents for signoff by the required parties
•Prepare user guides, awareness material, and conduct training sessions and one-to-one consultations to ensure the users’ awareness and enhanced adoption of the CRM System functionality.
• Stabilizing developed solutions using Microsoft methodologies.
•The design and development of integrated solutions using the latest Microsoft products and technologies.
2 - Technical Support :
Key Activities :
•Address and resolve technical problems raised by users to enhance business processes
•Ensure the availability and stability of all systems and technical services for AGC and its subsidiaries to enable business processes
• Comply with Microsoft methodologies and manage technical issues’ communications and resolution through Microsoft Support.
3 - Policies, Processes and Procedures
Key Activities :
•Follow all relevant Information Technology’s policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner
•Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement
•Promote the implementation and adherence to policies, processes and operating procedures to others within AGC
