• Provide professional support and advice to the group management in all related legal services as required in liaison with the legal third party.
• Review legal documents and ensure that it’s effectively drafted and interpreted.
• Provide a legal advice on any potential liability related to the business, in order to take necessary steps to control group companies’ exposure.
• Assess and advise effectively to minimize and control risks to the group companies.
• Work on legal matters such as new agreements, reviewing existing agreements, establishing new companies, issue necessary documents to meet the requirements as per different laws and maintain all group companies correct legal position.
• Formulate, review and advise on all contract agreements between the group companies, third parties and any new business to ensure the related company’s interest is fully protected and maintained.
• Provide legal advice and follow up on all legal matters related to the registration of new companies, existing and new governmental licenses, taxes etc…
• Coordinate and assist the HR department (s) across group on all legal advises and related regular update to any employment cases / dismissals / terminations as well ensure conformity with the corporate office to maintain alignment with different labor laws.
• Control and prepare all legal actions and proceedings to help and improve the collection of receivables and defend the group companies interest.
• Follow up and raise in professional manner, written and oral, legal cases to the legal third party in case of any complex legal issues by representing the group companies and to act accordingly.
• Analyze implication of legal case, legislation and regulatory matters that affect the group companies and report them back to the president.
• Contribute to develop legal strategy plan and budget for the legal department to ensure the legal policy / guidelines implementation and adherence.
