• Conduct Internal Audit and Quality Assurance of RCM and RBI Analysis.
• Prepares PLANT RCM and RBI studies overall plan.
• Prepare RCM and RBI weekly and monthly report progress.
• Maintain updated RCM and RBI user list.
• Request and pursue for member replacement as needed.
• Develop & review equipment / systems Criticality Rankings.
• Ensure the optimum PM / PdM / Inspection requirements for all plant assets in SAP and work processes.
• Ensure the SAP MERIDIUM interface for equipment hierarchy and maintenance work history feedback.
• Coordinate and provide training for RCM and RBI plant leaders and team members.
• Coordinate and conduct RCM / RBI workshops for critical - semi critical systems / equipment’s and ensure the implementation of tasks in SAP and / or other procedures.
• Measure the overall effectiveness of RCM studies and Inspections plans up to plant level.
• Record, pursue the studies for management of change from concept to practical design and implement to monitor the plant improvement related to Safety and / or Production.
• Review and approve Adding/Modifying/Deleting the Equipment List, Criticality Assessment &PM/PdM/Inspection plans for all plant equipment to improve monthly / quarterly / Annual maintenance score cards.
• Coordinate and conduct RCM / RBI awareness sessions to PLANT Management & employees.
