Customer Service Representative - Kawader Manpower

One of the leading manufacturing in Dubai and Qatar is looking for Customer Service Representative.



*To provide customer support by preparing quotation and processing sales order with accuracy and speed to assist in meeting the client’s requirements.

1. Responsible for preparing quotation, processing sales order, reviewing them for accuracy before handing it over to the Supervisor.

2. Call the customer to check if the quotation is received.

3. Follow up with the respective Salesman to know the status of the quote and update the ERP system - Quotation won/lost.

4. Maintain a notebook for the quotations prepared, sent, and action taken.

5. Provide customers with information requested by them about stock of materials.

6. Communicating and coordinating through e-mails with Sales Department, Store Department, Sales Counter with regard to order received and quotation sent.

7. Prepare Pro-forma invoice, letter and send to customer.

8. Sales order amendment and cancellation of items from purchase order as requested by the customer.

9. Making material return noted, getting approved from the Sales Manager and sending to Store Department.

10. Sending request to IT Department to create a new code with relevant documents.

11. Handling of Sales Counter when in need by management and perform the following function:

• Attend to existing and walk-in customers.

• Prepare cash invoice, generate pick slip and prepare delivery note.

12. Perform other related duties as assign from time to time by Supervisor/Salesman/Sales Manager
