Our highly respected client based in Saudi are the regionacirc128153s largest food manufacture. With the ongoing expansions and group growth they are looking to recruit a Production Manager with Continuous Improvement experience.
Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager your role will be to identify initiate manage and followup of all continuous improvements triggered via Operational Efficiencies customer complaints reject and dumps non compliances GMP audits by ensuring continual pro active approach to Operations.
Our candidate will have a strong emphasis on man management and able to develop a strong effective team capable of achieving high standards. You will ensure a tight control over cost and have sole budgetary control. Ideally you will have experience with capital projects and be able to assist in new projects on site.
You will have experience working within the food or beverage industry and it is essential that you have extensive management experience and posses and record of achievement. Knowledge of quality assurance with a familiarity with ISO 90012000 GMP HACCP Risk Assessments Continuous Improvement amp other quality systems would be beneficial.
