Job Description We have an immediate requirement for a Drilling Superintendent to work on a large scale Land Operation in the Middle East. The candidate must have a wealth of experience in Drilling Operations and have a background of Well Engineering and Site Supervision. You must be able to enter an operation and be comfortable to lead from the start.
This is a contract role with a competitive day rate and will be a 2828 rotation.
Responsibilities
Overseeing a multiple well operation across 3 fields with 4 rigs
Manage a team of office based engineers and rig site staff
Organise service provider staff
Review Well Engineering Design in cooperation with Well Engineering Manager
Requirements
Vast experience in Drilling Engineering and Drilling Operations
Must be degree educated
Experienced with Land Operations
Experience managing large Drilling Teams
Experience with H2S gas Drilling
