Operation Manager in a Restaurant

The Operations Manager will ensure that all reporting & control procedures in the operations, customer service, quality of production, Hygiene & Cleanliness standards, Maintenance & general administration are completed & in place according to company’s policy & chain operation manual.



Duties include:



Sales

* Participates and contributed to the implementation and development of sales strategy to ensure that financial objectives are achieved

*Guarantees the optimal level of performance of the team in contact with consumers

* Has a commercial role with respect to regular customers, traders and local companies



Operational and Administrative Management

* Guarantees accounting procedures and financial flows are in line with the Groups' policies

* Controls and ensures reliability of turnover

* Monitors all administrative personnel management

Skills



The ideal candidate will have:



* Minimum 5 years relevant experience

* Previous experience in setting up and spear heading the opening of a new restaurant

* Previous experience in managing a multi cultural team

* Sound financial skills and good business acumen

* Proven experience in a customer service oriented role
