Our highly respected client based in Saudi is the regionacirc128153s largest food manufacture. With ongoing expansions and group growth they are looking to recruit a Manufacturing Manager for their dairy product manufacturing sites.
Reporting to the General Manager your role will be to manage the main dairy ensuring production volume target is achieved by planning leading organising and control of resources and capital expenditures in accordance with corporate goals and objectives quality standards and agreed financial budget.
Our candidate will have a strong emphasis on man management and able to develop a strong effective team capable of achieving high standards. You will ensure a tight control over cost and have sole budgetary control. You will have 10 years experience working within a operations manager type role and it is essential that you have extensive management experience and posses and record of achievement. Qualified to degree level is essential. You must be from an fmcg food or beverage manufacturing environment for your application to be successful.
To be suitable you will have the following skillsexperience
- Degree in Engineering Science or Technology
- 10 Years within an Operations Management role
- Understanding of dairy processing
- Knowledge of ISO 9000 22000 and HACCP
- Extensive Management experience within a FMCG or food manufacturing company
