With International expertise in all aspects of project management, planning and design of health care facilities, we had built sound client relationship being their local consultant for the focused delivery of their projects ranging from primary clinics, community hospitals, general and teaching hospitals, specialized centers for specific medical disciplines, through to complete medical complexes.
The preferred candidate should possess the following work experience :
- Knowledge in coordinating execution and documentation of interior design projects.
- Knowledge of the utilization different materials, finishes and furniture, upholstery and joinery works for interior environments.
- Ability to prepare BOQ, FF&E, Material sample boards, specification sheets ect...
- Creative, innovative and have analytical and problem solving skills.
- Excellent Attention to details.
- Have sound technical knowledge in overseeing projects during design and construction stages.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, Arabic preferred.
- General computer literacy and particular knowledge of interior design and project management software including but not limited to: AutoCAD, Photoshop, 3D MAX - Vray and Microsoft Office Applications.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
