• Training & development.
• Career Management & Development.
• Organization Management & Development.
• Recruitment & Selection.
• Staff orientation.
• Preparation of job rankings and descriptions.
• Performance evaluations and appraisals.
• General HR & Personnel administration.
• Succession planning and retention planning.
• Assisting the HR Manager in the overall planning of the HR function.
