This role is designed to ensure that we take a proactive approach towards 1) identifying potential members for DMCC free zone, 2) answering all related inquiries within the same day, 3) take the leads through the entire sales process required to convert them into a member, 4) Assigning the client to a Member Service Executive who will take the application further into registration and licensing.
The Client Development Executive will be the first point of contact and will take full responsibility of the management and conversion of all new leads. They will consult with potential clients and promote all DMCC Free zone products and services through all channels including but not limited to DMCC Client Service Centre, incoming call inquiries, web inquiries, DMCC stand at locally held events & exhibitions, networking events and seminars.
Job Responsibilities:
Answer all inquiries coming in from potential leads within the same day.
Identify and initiate contact with potential leads as well as key partners/multipliers ( consultants, associations, trade offices, lawyers) under the supervision of department manager/director.
Take sole ownership of each newly allocated lead until they complete the pre-approval/deposit stage.
Perform a regular and structured follow up on all allocated new as well as converted leads, under the supervision of department manager/director.
Ensure a complete and accurate handover of the converted lead to Member Services team with all specific and relevant requirements document in the handover.
Support department manager/director in maintaining a client database management.
Receive, documents, consolidate and report all client feedback (comments, compliments, complains) on all DMCC Free Zone’s products & services, processes, procedures.
Conduct cross selling of DMCC free zone products and services to new and existing clients.
