This position will work with internal and external sources to deliver learning solutions and advice to our customers .Essential Responsibilities

Support the Director of the Healthcare Learning Institute HLI to integrate and provide ehealth training solutions



Coordinate with Operations Manager to develop schedules and assign instructors to meet training demand.



Develop pipeline for ehealth training delivery with qualified instructors.



Develop and maintain readiness to meet training demand through instructor continuing training and professional development.



Provide strategic direction for resource utilization to support future organizational change and optimize production efficiency.



Act as an expert and catalyst to continually improve and advance training delivery through the implementation of new strategies and technologies.



Grow instructor technical and professional ability to deliver curricula using current and future technology through planned personal development.



Establish personally assess and maintain instructor training delivery standards processes and quality metrics to meet objectives in an efficient effective and compliant manner.



Provide input for annual budget planning in order to deliver reliable sustainable results and meet targets for liquidations and customer revenue.



Support training curriculum development through participation in training process action teams.



Provide consultations to ehealth programs aligned with company policies



Provide consultations on eHealth Standards and Interoperability project.



Develop and support a comprehensive online education program for the HLI



Lead all IT related issues and website development of the HLI .QualificationsRequirements

Master or Ph.D. degree and min of 7 years training delivery education and leadership experience in the ehealth field



Proven excellence in communication presentation and facilitation skills. Strong influencing skills across business function.



Strong leadership experience able to manage ambiguity and experience leading team members in a matrix environment with multiple stakeholders.



Demonstrated crossfunctional project management and analytical skills.



Willingness to travel up to 35 including overnight stays when needed.



Ability to work flexible hours.Additional Eligibility Qualifications Desired Characteristics

Preferred knowledge Lean.

Experience within this HCI GE organization is preferred

Ability to speak multiple languages

Strong customer service skills

Strong written and verbal communications skills that can effectively communicate with a diverse workforce
