A regional, dynamic and reputable multi-disciplinary Consulting firm based in Abu Dhabi with several offices in the GCC, is currently seeking to employ a seasoned Project Manager with solid background in Construction Management & Supervision for their operations in Abu Dhabi.
The successful candidate will be a qualified Civil Engineer with a minimum
15 years of experience. He / She must have a proven track record of having successfully managed & delivered a variety of projects in various sectors including Residential, Hotels, Educational, Healthcare, Retail and Mixed-use buildings. He / She Must have strong business communication skills -verbal &
writing- in English and Arabic; full understanding of FIDIC, applicable codes, laws and regulations, and a strong background in avoiding, defending and mitigating claims.
Must be self organized, able to multi task, and lead a large size team of architects and engineers. Successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day to day site activities including dealing with Clients, Authorities and Suppliers, as well as projects P&L.
