A regional, dynamic and reputable multi-disciplinary Consulting firm based in Abu Dhabi with several offices in the GCC, is currently seeking to employ an experienced Architect to join their design development team in Abu Dhabi.
The successful candidate will be a qualified Architect with a minimum 12 years of experience. A proven track record of having designed & delivered a variety of successful architectural projects in various sectors including Residential, Hotels, Educational, Healthcare, Retail and Mixed-use buildings. Strong Autocad, presentation, communication and reporting skills are a requisite.
He / She must be able to work with senior architects and projects managers and develop concept designs thru Detailed Design documentation in line with Clients design brief requirements and guidelines, as well as company expectations and directions. He / She must possess strong technical skills to ensure proper coordination across various disciplines, as well as have full understanding of applicable codes and agencies requirements, such as ESTIDAMA / UPC / ADM / Civil Defense, etc…
