A worldwide specialist contractor with work spanning the globe are looking to expand the workforce.
They are looking to recruit an experienced Construction Manager who is knowledgeable in ELV. Extra Low Voltage Projects.
The successful candidate will be have a proven work history in the ELV sector especially within large fit out projects.
You will have full responsibility for all preconstruction amp construction tasks including but not limited to Budgeting Bids Schedules contractual meetings and client meetings etc. You will be reporting the divisional manager but be responsible for the multi cultural on site teams so good communications are a must You will be responsible for managing the contractors and subcontractors based on site.nbsp
You will have a proven history in the management of fitout projects covering ELV and a good understanding of PAVA BMS amp FAS systems from preconstruction to handover.nbsp
You will be degree qualified from a recognised Western University
You will have a minimum of 10 years related work history which will include a mixture of Western Countries amp Middle East experiencenbsp
