• The Community Mobilization Assistant is responsible for the liaison with the project community and the maintenance of good relations between NRC and the project communities. This includes aiding in the coordination of activities of technical staff in project areas and consulting with NRC project team regarding appropriate and effective community approach.
• Planning and coordination of project relevant issues with stakeholders within the project communities
• Facilitating meetings and community activities as related to project planning and implementation
• Awareness raising, motivation and providing program information to beneficiaries and host communities.
• Development positive community communications and relation
• Perform other related duties as identified by his/her supervisor
