Are you an experienced Senior Poultry Unit Manager able to plan and organise all functional activities? Can you implement the highest standards of animal husbandry? Do you adhere to good management principles and make the most efficient use of all resources to maximise profit?
With a working knowledge of quality management systems and experience on closed tunnel broiler production farm houses and poultry farms of between 2.2m 2.6m birds you will be an adaptable and effective driving force continually seeking to improve both business strategy and management whilst being actively involved with operations on the ground. This is a demanding role and you will be required to work under the extreme climatic conditions of the Middle East region.
Key Attributes Requirements
- A minimum of 5 yearsacirc128153 experience in the management of Poultry farm with a similar capacity.
- B sc. in Agriculture or equivalent qualification
- Poultry livestock management skills
- An ability to achieve set targets in all areas identifying amp improving the production process
- Ensuring the optimum production capability is continually met
- Maintaining all training and farm records to comply with Company standards
- Strong communication skills and teamoriented with staff members
- Be computer literate with both excellent written and verbal communications skills
