Our client is on the verge of being awarded at least one medical city project in either Jeddah or Riyadh and they are mobilising key people for the design coordination team. These projects are worth £2bn and are mega projects consisting of nearly 400 buildings over 1.2 million sqm. The buildings include 3 hospitals academic buildings a college of nursing research centres accommodation complexes mosques sports ground etc. Protec are resourcing for a Senior Design Coordinator MEP to report in to the Lead Project Technical Manager and supervise coordination between the western project team. This includes the architectural design coordinators structural coordinators and electrical and mechanical design coordinators.
