Reporting into the Associate Director, specific responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
1. Undertake all aspects of commercial delivery from cost planning, bills of quantities through to cost reporting and change management.
2. Assisting with accounts, selection and payment of subcontractors, measurement of works, valuations and commercial responsibility for all project financial matters.
3. Preparing financial reports.
4. Assisting in the procurement of subcontractors, measurements and payment of subcontractors.
5. Cost reporting/ forecasting
