Are you an experienced Refrigeration Engineering Manager with excellent communication and management skills? Can you organise to the highest standards a team of refrigeration maintenance staff? Do you have the ability to advise farm managers and staff on routine operations and maintenance?
You will be responsible in ensuring that all refrigeration and air conditioning equipment is maintained to the highest standard and meets the demands of each Dairy Poultry and Horticultural operation.
The role will involve travel between sites and you will be expected to continue working throughout the extreme climatic conditions in the Middle East. You will need to develop a relationship with the key suppliers of power electrical plant refrigeration plant and machinery and water treatment installations so will be an excellent communicator.
Key Attributes Requirements
- Minimum of 10 yearsacirc128153 experience in managing large scale engineering operation in the maintenance of industrial refrigeration and air conditioning equipment
- B.Sc in Electrical or Mechanical engineering
- Excellent communication with good influencing and man management skills
- A sound knowledge of troubleshooting and diagnostic fault finding
- A sound experience with all types of refrigeration machinery Ammonia and Freon systems
- High degree of confidence and or decision making capability
- Ability to advise on all refrigeration and air conditioning as required and to conduct training
- The ability to focus under pressure remaining assertive and confident
- An excellent communicator with the ability to train and manage staff for 24 hour cover
