Job Description
This is a unbelievable opportunity for a young BritishIrish Quantity Surveyors to join one of the leading MEP Specialists companies in the GCC. They are currently looking for an MEP Quantity Surveyor for a project in Qatar. You will work closely with the other departments at the company to build up a relationship for the long term benefit of the team and the company. You will coordinate with our clients and contractors on a regular bases to build a strong and substantial relationship. You will report to the Senior Commercial Manager and your responsibilities are list below • Cost planning and commercial management during the entire life cycle of the project from inception to completion • Value engineering • Procurement advice and assistance during the tendering procedures • Commercial Management and Contract Administration • Assistance in dispute resolution • Asset Capitalisation • Interim payment assessment • Cost Management • Claim the extra cost of the design variation Qualification and Experience A minimum of 3 years of experience as an MEP Quantity Surveyors Must be between 25 – 30 Years Old Must be British or more...
