Have you previous experience as an Assistant Poultry Farm Manager capable of maintaining over 6000000 broilers? Are you able to achieve maximum output whilst maintaining the highest standards of animal husbandry? Do you adhere to good management principles and practices managing staff to their fullest potential? Working to assist the Farm Manager in the operation of the Poultry units you will be an effective supervisor improving operations enabling the company to achieve objectives and targets. You will assist in formulating plans for operation budgets recruiting of staff and expansion. This is a demanding role as you will be required to work under the extreme climatic conditions of the Middle East region.
Key Attributes Requirements
- A minimum of 5 yearsacirc128153 experience in a large processing broiler farm
- 2 years working in a managerial role within poultry farms
- B sc. in Agriculture Poultry Management or equivalent qualification.
- Ability to improve production processes
- Ensuring optimum production capability is continually met
- Excellent interpersonal and strong team building skills
- The ability to council mentor and manage staff effectively
- Provide clear objectives relating to people strategy
