About Your Job::
In this role, you will be responsible for development and maintenance of the assigned modules/applications to meet business requirements. You will be involved in various phases of project life cycle including development, testing, quality assurance and support. Experience in Oracle HRMS modules with OAF is essential.
About You::
To be successful in the role you must hold a Degree or Honours in Engineering/Computer Science/ Mathematics/Sciences/Commerce. You must have at least 5-7 years of total experience in IT and hands-on expertise in Oracle ERP modules - like Core HR, SSHR, Payroll, OLM, Performance Management and Oracle Application Framework (OAF). You should also have good organizing, communication and presentation skills.
We are looking for someone with hands on experience on Pl/SQL, OAF and an Oracle HRMS Techno- functional expert. He/she should have good experience on Workflows, AME and good exposure to RICE components. Airline domain would be an added advantage.
