1. Responsible for the erection and installation of company refrigerating equipment and instruments such as panels, compressor, condensing units, evaporators, control panels and electrical / mecahnical lay-out.
2. Responsible for welding works and brazings of mechanical connections, conducting pressure testing and charging of refrigerant.
3. Performing design works on electrical configuration and wiring required by the system.
4. Designing and fabricating support and frame of machinery.
5. Ensuring all works carried out are done so according to the corect safety standards.
6. Keeping track of spare parts and installation parts used on projects and kept in stock
7. Consulting with clients and design engineers about system installation on site
8. Ensuring the system installation is done in compliance with approved HACCP design.
9. Responsible for proper care and return of company assets at hand - van, tools, uniforms.
10. Working according to the Best Practice company standards, and ensuring adherence to procedures at all times.
11. Testing and balancing systems once they are installed, and correcting any faults detected.
12. Diagnosing problems in existing systems, repairing and maintaining existing systems.
13. Assisting Service Manager in selection and sizing of components, preparing plans and drawings and estimating cost and amount of materials required
14. Any other tasks as assigned from time to time by any Manager
