Patient Experience Lead

The post-holder will take a lead role on the analysis, development, implementation and evaluation of Guest-client centric (patient) service delivery, value proposition and the activities across naufar’s proposed clinical, wellness and hospitality services. The post-holder will be responsible for:
- translating the demands from the Model of Care into a high-level service application
- developing solutions to support the value matrix effectively,
- and conducting all the activities related to maintaining excellence in service delivery, such as measuring and reporting, continuous improvement, staff training and embedding the values in naufar on an organizational basis.
