Currently looking to hire a professional Issues and Complaints Handling Coordinator to be based at Qatar, Doha
Role:-
• The purpose of this function is to ensure that all general complaints, inquiries, and suggestions that are raised by the public through various media Channels are acknowledged in a timely manner, and processed/ answered effectively in cooperation with the customer care team and various other departments.
Duties:-
• To be the first point of contact for all public inquiries, client, and customer complaints related issues.
• To be responsible and accountable for investigation, resolution and reporting of all general public related complaints.
• To handle queries, complaints and demonstrating product features and its comparative advantages in solving the client’s complaints with the utmost regards to their needs.
• Escalate all unresolved issues and complaints to concerned section / department head.
• To liaise with the client on a weekly basis and report on the level of customer or stake holder complaint resolutions.
• To be an effective communicator and to resolve issues raised by the public through media channels within given timescales.
• To provide complaint trends and communicate lessons learnt so service levels can be improved.
