In this role you will be responsible to manage and direct the delivery of total support services including after sales services and annual maintenance contracts (AMC) for existing and new customers with P & L responsibility of the division, your detailed responsibilities are as follow:-
* Providing major managerial input in tendering and job estimation activities
* Responsible for the profit / loss of branch maintenance sales operation
* Estimating and submitting quotation and tenders for large sized buildings for A/C or MEP or FM maintenance.
* Following -up for invoicing and collections of service contracts
* Responding directly to critical complaint calls from clients
* Scouting and developing new annual maintenance contracts (AMC)
* Ensuring the retention of contracts with repeat orders from existing clients
* Liaising with the main contractor and MEP coordinator for activity clearances
* Presenting prospective clients with the department's full range of available services
* Enforcing the adherence to safety plan by site employees and stores
* Verifying and enforce the correct sequencing of MEP activities
* Generating continuous and constant business opportunity
* Evaluating external vendors and service providers during their selection process
* Planning, monitoring, and coordinating mechanical/engineering/plumbing (MEP) activities for projects working jointly with consultants and clients
About you
Education:
To be considered for this role you must have Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering. MBA / equivalent qualifications preferred.
Experience:
Must have minimum of 15- 20 years of Sales & Operations experience in Facilities Management.
Technical Skills:
* Knowledge of industry-specific quality and productivity standards
* Technical know-how related to specific project requirements
* Knowledge and understanding of ERP maintenance system is desirable
