مصمم فني-Designer

The purpose of this position is to strengthen the position of the Qatar Red Crescent (QRC) in local and international arenas and among its partners, through consistent branding efforts, and strong management of QRC’s identity and reputation via integrated marketing campaigns. Successful candidates must be fluent in Arabic and English.
Job candidate must demonstrate a great deal of creativity in designing collaterals either in printed or electronic forms. Such collaterals may include, but not limited to, ads, brochures, fliers, and publications in line with QRC’s strategy, mission and values.
Assist in developing QRC’s promotion plan to boost the technical character of the organization and to raise public awareness of QRC’s branding identity.
Explore and identify new marketing opportunities to increase revenues, attract donors, and increase “Return on Investment” (ROI) for the benefit of QRC and its partners.
Assist in developing, follow and execute QRC’s annual advertising plan for printed and audiovisual materials taking into consideration their coherence with QRC branding guidelines in an innovative manner, and communicate publishing houses to achieve this goal.
Design QRC's collaterals and promotional materials i.e., posters, brochures, flyers, models, periodicals that reflect harmonic modern designs.
Develop the layout and design of QRC's publications such as annual reports, quarterly magazines, newsletters, in a consistent and unified manner reflecting QRC's identity and role.
Develop ATL and BTL for marketing campaigns as well as promotional materials sent via mail, email campaigns, website, banners, vehicles and streets signage in coordination with the designers, editors and printing companies.
Help in the production of documentary movies and photographs to be displayed during local and international events and conferences.
Select and design gifts, stationery and promotional materials that reflects QRC's brand.
Establish sponsorships and partnerships relations with advertising, printing and publishing houses for the purpose of reducing costs in order to achieve benefits for QRC and its partners.
Manage the department’s promotion/marketing budget for (ads, prints and gifts, etc.) according to the annual plan.
Help in developing requests for services and tenders documents to select and assign suppliers, advertising agents and film producers; and study offers before finalizing contracts in coordination with relevant parties to conclude the awarding procedures in accordance with QRC's regulations.
Assist in website designs for new projects reflecting QRC branding and promotional strategy
Supervise the branding activities and documentation of QRC's events, initiatives ties and important meetings. In addition to handling photography and videography to prepare appropriate videos and photos for the purpose of promotion and advertising.
